What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email address and any saved column-mapping presets you choose to save. That's it.
What we never collect
Payment files, IBANs, BICs, and transaction data are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Third-party processors
We use Supabase (accounts/database), Resend (authentication emails), Stripe (billing, if you subscribe), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each only receives the minimum data needed for its function.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Saved mappings can be deleted by you at any time. Payment files are ephemeral — they exist only in your browser's memory.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your stored profile and mappings.
